so we hitched little drew up in his car seat, and then got out the stroller for a nice long (1 mile?) walk around the neighborhood. of course, he slept through the entire thing, and then after we returned home, and as I landed him in the chair, he woke up. he's really opening his eyes a lot more today, not just a little, but wide open, and seemingly looking at people!
